Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) within a few business days.

If your purchase was made in Bitcoin and approved for a refund, we will process the refund in BTC based on the current exchange rate at the time of refund processing.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund appears.

  3. Contact your bank — processing times vary.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, email us at contact@xellox.io and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. Once we receive the return, we will send you a gift certificate.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver’s address, we will refund the gift giver.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
