Free Shipping
We provide free shipping on all orders, using secure express delivery services from our warehouses in Europe and the USA.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to over 200 countries. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you promptly.
Incorrect Address
Xellox Oy is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect shipping details entered at checkout. Please double-check your billing and shipping addresses before confirming your order.
If we are at fault, we will fully cover the cost of a replacement shipment.
Customs and Duties
We cover all customs fees related to our shipments. If you are charged unexpectedly, contact our support at contact@xellox.io and we’ll resolve it.

Delays due to customs clearance are not included in these estimates.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email. Please note that in some cases of free shipping, tracking may not be available.
If your tracking status shows “No information available” for more than 5 business days after shipment, please contact us.
Multiple Shipments
Your order may arrive in separate packages for logistical reasons, even if you selected combined shipping.
